Claire Richardson

Claire Richardson joined The Boulos Company in 2021. The Annapolis native began her career in Maryland in residential real estate. Moving to New York City after five years, she transitioned to commercial real estate and property management. She gained extensive experience working on capital projects and proved an adept tenant liaison, managing buildings in Times Square and Midtown, as well as a 32-acre complex in Brooklyn.

Claire is a 2011 graduate of Lehigh University, where she was a four-year varsity letter recipient in field hockey and captain, senior year. Since college she has participated in one marathon and six half marathons.

Proudest moment: when she and her husband purchased their first home, in Portland’s Stroudwater historic district. In her leisure time, you might find Claire spending weekends up at the family camp, playing a round of golf, hiking with her German shepherd, or cheering on the Ravens (sorry Pats fans).
