My journey of finding my house with Clara has been an amazing experience. It wasn’t easy since there was a “bidding war” going on but Clara made it very enjoyable. She has so much knowledge and patience and such a warm heart - to say the least. I remember going to look at homes on cold, wet days and having Clara waiting on me arrive late be cause of all the traffic I would be in on the way. She was always so understanding. After four months of being outbid on the offers I placed for homes, I was ready to just give up. Talking to Clara helped to keep my hopes up. Then this one listing came up that she encouraged me to go see and I am so happy to say that it is now my new home. I just closed on my home on June 8th and everything went so smoothly. I didn’t know what to expect at closing but I can say that it was a very pleasant and exciting experience. So I can say that I have gained a friend while I gained a new home. Clara was there every step of the way. And for that, I am very grateful.

Clara was great in assisting my daughter in buying her first home. There are times I as a mother could not have been there and Clara filled that void and became an advocate for my daughter. She got to know her style and knew exactly what she wanted. I would definitely recommend her to any first time buyer as she makes the process a lot less overwhelming.

I had the pleasure of working with Clara on a purchase where I represented the buyers. Clara is very diligent and went above and beyond throughput the process. She was constantly checking in for updates and made sure everyone was on track to timely close the transaction. She even say through a 7 hour closing, not wanting to leave the buyer's side.
