Clara Stevens

Born and raised in Waterbury, CT, Clara, and her husband Mark, left the cold winters and Connecticut taxes to settle in Lakewood Ranch at Lakewood National Golf Club. Although she considers herself the resident REALTOR® expert here in their little community, Clara can help you build, buy, or sell your home in the Sarasota, Bradenton, or Lakewood Ranch areas.
Real Estate has been in her blood in one way or another since 1985. First as a CT Realtor then a developer, investor, and beach home “flipper.” Clara has dealt with difficult people and negotiated some complicated contracts. Not much scares her! Given her background, Clara believes she is an asset to both buyer and seller.
