Clarence Horst

Clarence Horst, the Managing Broker/Owner of the Real Estate Innovations Real Estate Company with offices in Hagerstown and Frederick. A lifelong resident of the Hagerstown Area, he has over 25 years experience building and selling homes including land development. Licensed as a broker in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Virginia. He opened the Hagerstown Real Estate Office in 1995 under the O’Conor, Piper & Flynn name. With an aggressive vision of promotion and treating sales associates as team players, the office holds a commanding number one market position which it earned within 2 years of opening. Clarence is very active in the local community, Association of REALTORS® and many faith based non-profits. He is a past president of Pen-Mar Regional Association of REALTORS® and has been awarded the REALTOR® of the Year and Community Service Awards. He and his wife Kathy live in the Hagerstown Area. They have seven children and four grandchildren.
