Clarissa was truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her! and I’m so thankful I did, she stuck with me for a whole year! Clarissa was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She looked out for me and had my best interests in mind. She will work with you to make your desires a reality.

It's clear to see that Clarissa loves what she does. Always was a pleasure to work with, always laughing and filled with jokes, really helped make the buying process fun and helped take some of the stress off the whole process! Her negotiation skills however were where the jokes stopped. She was laser focused and helped me negotiate a great deal for the home I fell in love with! Definitely recommend using her for your next purchase, or sale.
