Clarke Stone did an incredible job selling our home. We were extremely satisfied with Clarke's guidance, logistical support and responsiveness. He provided adequate data/comps to help us strategize the asking price. He set up all the necessary appointments needed for the sale of the home - termite and home inspection, stager, painter, repairman, etc... - and followed thru to ensure everything was in order. He kept us constantly updated on the progress.

Bottom line: Clarke was able to sell, close and have a check in our hand for 20% over asking price, within 15 days from the day the house went on the market. We recommend Clarke without any reservation and think highly of his calm demeanor and professionalism.
