Claryssa McEnany is an amazing realtor! She helped us find our first house and the process was smooth because Claryssa guided us the whole way. Also, she has many contacts for mortgages and lawyers and well-versed in the diffent kinds of loans and their contingencies. Claryssa is also very honest!

From helping us pick houses for our wants and needs to helping us in settlement and closing, she never once made us feel like she was just trying to make a sale. She is genuinely caring and would not let us just settle on anything that was "raggedy". Claryssa actively looked at houses with us. We ended up touring at least 30 houses before we found our true home. I personally never felt awkward or pressured by her to just buy a house.

Claryssa has a unique approach and was quick to learn our body language while looking at houses. She would constantly reminded us of our wants that we discussed at the very beginning. When we finally picked a house to make an offer on, she worked quickly to ensure that we were competitive buyers but would not let us put in an offer that was out of our budget or comfort zone. She even helped us negotiate with a the sellers in a way that ended with us not needing to pay the lawyer fees and actually earning a decent amount of cash back when we went to settlement!

We love Claryssa. She is personable, respectful, and respectable to the point where we developed a bond and friendship with her that I honestly was not expecting. like I mentioned, we were never treated like just another sale for her because her main focus was always to make sure we were happy. We were super lucky to have been connected with her.

I trust her so much that I have already suggested Claryssa to my family and friends looking to buy in Delaware. She never broke that trust. We know for sure that she will take great care of anyone we suggest her to.

We truly love her and will always stay in contact with Claryssa. She is definitely the best option when looking for a realtor!

We have dealt with multiple real estate agents over the years, and Claryssa is far and away the most professional, dedicated and attentive individual we’ve had the pleasure to work with. Due to our particular circumstances, had to sell our house and buy another home simultaneously and within a short timeframe, which created complications with scheduling, financing, inspections, etc. Claryssa was calm, cool, collected and in control of the situation at all times, leaving us at ease and feeling like we were in qualified, expert hands. I highly recommend Claryssa if you are looking for real estate agent in Delaware. We initially started off with another buyer’s agent after recently moving to the state but met Claryssa as a sellers agent for a property that we first looked at. After meeting Claryssa we immediately dropped our buyers agent and signed on with her. I can’t say enough good things about Claryssa but a few of her many strengths are: great personality, superior knowledge of Delaware market, many key contacts for a variety of services/contractors and cares about her clients. Claryssa is a dedicated professional who puts her clients' needs first. She works diligently at all hours.
