Claude came to me off of the recommendation of my uncle, and he was absolutely right about him being the best!!

Claude made the process seamless and met everyone of my needs, he was expedient and efficient when answering any questions that I had (I had a lot).

He even happened to come over one of the days I was packing and lended a hand. References for packing, painting, repairs and cleaning if you didn’t know where to look.

He cares about his client and only his client…That’s the bottom line l!!

Claude was a miracle worker for us. We found Claude at the last minute when we had to be out of our old place in a week. During that week Claude would find ways to make time for us in hopes of find us a place with the short deadline. In the end he was able to pull it off and get us into a house. He was on top of getting us the documents we had to fill out, he was on top of looking at houses, and overall we wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Claude was a consummate professional throughout this journey. Early in our search, he was constantly giving us properties to review. He educated us and protected us throughout the whole process. He was not afraid to ruffle some feathers on our behalf. It was very clear that we were a priority. He spoke up for us on things we would not have known to ask as first time home buyers. Claude made this a seamless experience.

Claude is outstanding as a realtor and continues to be a great friend/mentor. From the start he helped me really narrow down what I was looking for and went out of his way to show me many properties even offering tidbits of knowledge for a first time homebuyer like me. I was highly impressed by his professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm. I appreciate his follow through and would recommend him to anybody looking for help in a real estate transaction.
