In my introductory conversation with Claude Labbe I laid out what I was looking for in a new home and how I'd been burnt in the past. Claude calmed my nerves, entertained my whims and allowed me to finetune what I wanted and more importantly, didn’t want. He told me to trust him and to trust the process. He wouldn’t let me settle for a lesser house when I was frustrated or wanted to throw in the towel after losing a house I had my heart set on. He knew the right place and the right sellers were out there and that we’d find them.

After touring dozens of places, facing disappointment and dashed hopes, we found it. Now I’m moving into the sweetest little cottage in the woods. It’s close enough to my work for an easy commute, but far away enough that I can see the stars again. In the end I got everything I had been looking for and more.

Claude was instrumental in my home search, guiding me through the VA's financing process, inspections, and the title company, all the way to and through closing. He is a straight shooter who never gave me bad advice or false hopes. He answered my many, many questions day and night and never let me feel ignorant or ignored. Above all he respected me and advocated for me throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Claude offered expert advice and guidance at each step of the process. He just made everything easy, which is especially appreciated by two busy professionals. This included even after the closing, he made sure we got all the loose ends wrapped up, including handling various tasks at the property while we were gone. There is a lot of choice when it comes to choosing an agent, but if you want a steady-hand with sharp skills, terrific neighborhood and market knowledge, great referrals for everything you need, and lots of experience to back it all up, then choose Claude.

Claude was excellent to work with from start to finish. Not only did he go above and beyond, but he made us feel comfortable in all aspects of the process. He was able to sell our home for well over asking price and helped purchase our new home for under market value. Even after closing Claude made sure we had received all our escrow/refundable fees. The Communication, knowledge, and transparency Claude brought was unmatched. He truly cares about his clients.

Claude was my realtor for a recent sale of my home in Washington DC. Due to a job I had to move suddenly and could not do all before I left. I initially contacted him for help a few months after leaving and he went above and beyond to get all things done. His recommendations were timely and helpful and he never once went over the decisions made by me not did he project any preference. I was 12 thousand mile away and felt I had all in control working with him. he is very responsive, knowledgable and a true professional. You will not go wrong choosing him as your realtor. I highly recommend him and am extremely satisfied with my service.

Claude represented me as a buyer and seller and performed both jobs exceptionally. We completed both transactions in 2021, during a volatile time in the real estate market, yet Claude never lost sight of the basics in helping us achieve our goals. Claude's most obvious strength was keeping us calm and focused during our home search and sale and clearly communicating his read of the market. Claude is honest and prioritizes his job of representing your interests. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

Claude Labbe is a rockstar!
He found me a house to buy eleven years ago, having to hold my hand through a very tedious FHA loan process. Afterwards he kept in touch with me over the years.
When it came time for me to sell the house I knew I could trust Claude! He talked me into making some improvements (a new kitchen) some of which I had some misgivings about, and convinced me to stage the house. Meanwhile I moved to NC and Claude oversaw all of the improvements and construction himself! He went way above and beyond for me! Lastly the house sold in 5 days for more than 100k over the asking price!! And the closing took place without a single glitch! I can’t say enough positive things about Claude!! Realtor Rockstar!

I sold two properties with Claude's help. The first was my uncle's condo that was listed early in 2021 and sold quickly - because it was an estate, there were many more details that Claude needed to handle, and he did so with great skill and attention to detail.
This review will focus on my own apartment that sold this past June. Claude's professionalism and knowledge combined with his unmatched service to his clients was the best I have ever experienced. Most recently, he listed and sold my apartment at a higher price than was expected. His marketing skills are unmatched, not to mention his negotiation skills, combined with his no pressure, but thoughtful, personality. The listing was priced at exactly what the comps suggested. The offers I received over asking were a surprise, and Claude negotiated in the most professional and upfront manner with the competing offers. He is a good listener, and also, very willing to help with all the details including assessing the need for staging (but not requiring it), providing a few items to help with the staging and having a large rug removed at the last minute. Most importantly he stayed in touch with me every step of the way, sending texts, emails, and calls when needed. I wish I had another property in the DC area so I could work with Claude again.

We were referred to Claude through Veteran's United. We had been monitoring the housing market for a few months from overseas and were preparing to begin our search after we arrived, in late 2020. However, a property we really liked popped up on the market while we were still en route to DC and Claude scrambled to arrange a virtual tour with us. He also handled the extremely difficult seller's agent with more patience and grace than we had, and continued to prioritize us after we decided to continue our search (which unfortunately happened on more than one occasion). Claude was always available, worked quickly to pivot when we asked him to, and his advice was always sound and in our best interest. We are happy homeowners and are confident in the investment we have made. We cannot recommend Claude enough and hope to work with him again in the future.

I am a first time home owner and Claude was recommended to me through my lender Veterans United. As a military member using a VA home Loan I was unsure of the process or what unique benefits I was awarded so I wanted to go with someone who understood the process and that’s exactly what I got with Claude. He has been a realtor for a long time and had the knowledge and expertise you would want from a realtor. As a military member who was on a strict timeline Claude bent over backwards to find us the home we were looking for. He spent a lot of time driving around with us and truly making an effort to make me and my husband feel comfortable in our decision. He also wasn’t pushy and he had no problem stopping to explain things to us if we needed it. I would absolutely recommend Claude to a friend or family member.

Claude is a relationship guy and an expert at what he does. He knows to ask the right questions in order to understand what you're looking for in a house, and he is diligent with providing you with curated listings.

Claude helped us get the home of our dreams, which to our complete joy was also fully furnished at no additional cost! (We understand that this is a truly rare case, but it shows that Claude is quick on his feet for pitching the idea to the seller agent, which worked out to be in the seller's favor as well.)

Claude's post-closing followup has also been amazing - checking in on us to see how we're enjoying our new home and making sure to answer any questions.
