About Claudette

Claudette Blanchard Berwin is the Broker/Founder/Owner of Gallery Properties. She has been a licensed California Real Estate Agent since 1984 and has had her broker's license since 1996. Believing in the highest form of education, she obtained the prestigious Graduate Realtor Institute designation after several years of study. Claudette's experience is very broad based. She began her real estate career in 1984 as an acquisition specialist for a large apartment syndication firm in Los Angeles. She has also specialized in land acquisitions, feasibility studies and extensive due diligence for new construction projects including condominiums, apartment buildings and mixed-use projects. One of Claudette's greatest achievements was the sale of the very prestigious Brookside Farms West thoroughbred ranch in Bonsall.

Her personal philosophy is that every home and piece of property should be treated equally, whether it's a small condominium or a large estate. Claudette's husband, William A. Berwin, is responsible for the development and construction of several projects in La Jolla including "Birdrock Village", the Tuscan style mixed-use center with Starbucks as the anchor. Together they make a truly dynamic team. He builds them and Claudette markets and sells them to happy new homeowners. Claudette truly enjoys the challenge of helping clients achieve "the American Dream" of home ownership.
