Claudia Aristizabal

Originally from Medellin, Colombia where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Claudia started her professional real estate career in 1997, here in Hampton Roads where she has developed deep roots. She continued her education at Old Dominion University with her Master of Business Administration. Claudia worked her way up the professional real estate ladder becoming one of the top selling agents at ReMax Central in Virginia Beach.

She continued reaching no sales heights by starting her highly successful real estate team CasaMax, receiving the top team leader honors for Hampton Roads in 2005. She earned the Circle of Excellence award for nine consecutive years. She was the proud owner of ReMax franchise and as the Broker, she turned her attention to land development and in 2007 she began as a full-time land developer, acquiring land, hiring consultants, and actively participating in project planning and design.

Claudia has sold more than 500 homes and as a bilingual agent she has been the liaison between the Hispanic community and today’s real estate market. Her vast experience with Hud Homes, government contracts, foreclosures, and bank repossessions. Claudia enjoys her work and providing impeccable customer service is her number one priority. She stands alone in the industry building a unique umbrella of companies AQ Realty, AQ Contracting and AQ Roofing.
