Claudia Ault

Since 1985, the Ault name has been synonymous with excellence in the practice of real estate. Claudia’s goal was and still is to establish a reputation of utmost respect in the market she serves. Larry has added to that his belief that hard work and attention to detail are important to anything worth doing well and working with their clients absolutely deserves that attention.

Claudia grew up in MD and was educated on the East Coast with degrees from Catawba College in NC and from Villanova University. Over the years, Claudia taught in public schools and universities, not realizing the years in the classroom were preparing her for the business of real estate.

Family and community are of paramount importance to Claudia and Larry. Both have been President of their local Kiwanis club, in The Church of the Red Rocks, and in individual pursuits where they each give back to their community. With the births of Michael, Nathan and Andrew in 2002, 2011 and 2013, there are now four generations of Aults in Sedona and the Verde Valley. Their clients know that they are here to stay, and that is a large part of their success in business.
