Claudia Young

Having been raised in the Columbia area since the age of 6 years old, Claudia has watched the growth and is so proud of the great place Columbia and surrounding areas have become. Claudia is extremely knowledgeable of the greater Columbia areas and currently lives in Lexington.

Her passion for helping families began as a Property Manager in Columbia. After over 7 successful and rewarding years helping countless residents she continued her passion, skill and love of assisting customers by obtaining her Real Estate License in 2001.

Since joining ERA Wilder in 2017 Claudia has been a top producer. In 2018 she was awarded the Silver award for performance by ERA Wilder. 2019 was awarded the Gold award for performance as well as The Online Lead Management award.

A member of the Circle of Excellence by the Central Carolina Association of Realtors.

Combined with her years as a property manager, she has 24 years of sales and marketing experience. 16 years of her Real Estate career have been spent as an onsite agent representing local and national builders. During this time, she has gained a vast knowledge of construction, the building process and a great knowledge of the real estate industry.

Claudia is a new home specialist and skilled at educating buyers and helping them navigate through the entire process. She takes great pride and is known for her integrity, excellent customer service, care, attention and communication.
