I am a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Palm Beaches and 25+ successful years helping people buy and sell South Florida real estate. My area specialties include Palm Beach (the Island) and mainland West Palm Beach north to Singer Island, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and Juno Beach, north through to Jupiter, Tequesta, and Jupiter Island. With a focus over the years in eastern and northern Palm Beach County and southern Martin County, it became only natural for me to gravitate toward exceptional and waterfront properties including luxury homes in golf course and country club communities. I grew up along Delaware’s Atlantic coast beaches sailing/racing in the Delaware and Chesapeake waterways and have always connected with the water. I was educated in Delaware, graduated from the University of Delaware in 1976, moved to Texas for 10 years where I worked for a corporate relocation company as Referral Coordinator interviewing transferee families and connecting them with Brokers in 7 southern states to purchase property as a result of their job transfer (got my Texas Sales and then Broker's license while there too). I relocated to SouthFlorida in 1986, tested for and received Florida Sales then Broker's license. I had a standing offer from the Relocation Director of a major broker in North Palm Beach where I used to send corporate purchase referrals and started working there. That company was bought out by Coldwell Banker, I worked there for 17 years, switched to REMAX for 15 years, then came back to CB in Feb. 2020. I then had an opportunity to help care for my mother in the mid-stages of dementia, she live with me, and we had a wonderful time for her last 3 beautiful years. Now I'm back helping my friends with real estate and welcome the opportunity to assist!
