Claudine was a referral from a friend. I was apprehensive about reaching out to her because she only serviced Long Island customers.I lived in Brooklyn and had no intention on moving 60 miles away. That’s a road trip.!!!

After several failed attempts at securing a home in Brooklyn and Queens, I decided to be more open minded and reach out. My demands: “I only want to see five houses. “ I was tired of looking. It had been seven years and securing a home proved more challenging than having a baby. I’m not exaggerating.

Claudine returned every call, text and random email at 2am. Her tone never changed. She was always pleasant and professional. She showed up to every appointment early and described the layout of each home as though she renovated it herself.

My timeline was to secure a home by June, be in contract by July, close in August, move in September. I ended up moving in October because the seller’s agent was a piece of work. He was the worse agent I’ve ever encountered, yet Claudine handled him without breaking a sweat. She pushed through and made the deal happen.

Over the years I’ve encountered many real estate agents. The were lazy and disconnected. Claudine is a different breed. She’s the agent everyone dreams of encountering but ends up with a dud. I was lucky!

Now I live in a Long Island home with a 1/2 acre of land and plenty of living space. I plan on purchasing a rental property next year and Claudine is the only person I’ll be calling to find the perfect home.

Claudine came in and did a beautiful job sprucing up my home with some great staging and making the photos look perfect drawing in a great turn out at my open house which brought in several offers one being accepted well above asking price. Flooding is professional, knowledgeable and gets the job done! It was a great pleasure to have her sell my home for me!
