Claudine's experience in real estate began in her early twenties after graduating from California State University Long Beach. The number one real estate trainer in North America and Canada, Mike Ferry, immediately hired her. Claudine was trained as a real estate agent coach and business planner and worked one-on-one with over 180 real estate agents. She coached these agents on prospecting, negotiating, presenting, and closing. After leaving The Mike Ferry Organization she co-owned a life coaching and sales training business that taught neuro-linguistic programming and advanced sales skills. Having been on the selling side since May 2015, Claudine has already closed over $57,500,000 in sales volume.

Claudine has called coastal Orange County home her entire life-a fact that not only gives her a heightened level of knowledge as to what the area has to offer, but a distinct sense of passion for helping her clients navigate its complexities. As a previous coach and trainer for the number one real estate agent training program in North America and Canada, Claudine has been trained in the sales technologies and skills that drive the real estate market. In striving to always maintain excellence and current trends, Claudine has done extensive additional training to constantly master and hone her skills. In her personal quest for excellence and service she has been certified as a PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), PMC (Property Management Certified), TC (Transaction Coordinator), and finally is also a Notary Public.

With a background that spans customer service, communications, real estate, sales training, interior design, and personal development, she has a sophisticated skill set that is virtually unmatched and its relevance to helping people buy and sell property in one of the world's most complex markets. What is more, Claudine juggles business ownership with being a mother of three, so she is adept in the art of organization and efficiency, proving her an invaluable asset to clients with various schools. It's the detail-oriented manner in which she goes about her work - providing both buyers and sellers with an extraordinary caliber of service - that truly sets her apart as a professional.
