I cannot say thank you enough! Claudio made my condo buying experience so so positive. He is a very detailed and knowledgeable person. Made sure I was aware of things that could affect my resale in the future and also pointed out how certain areas could be improved to add value. I was very nervous going into the whole process bc most ppl paint the buying process as very stressful, but he made this feel like a walk in the park. His entire team and network are wonderful as well. Highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs.

Being a fist time home buyer, Claudio made the process easy. He looked out for my best interest all through the process. Claudio was quick to call me back if I had any questions and/or concerns. He was truthful on home appraisals, if I needed to come in more or less on an offer and when to walk away if the property was not worth it.

Claudio provided me with multiple listings and made it convenient for me to review them. Claudio was there from the start of my condo search, appraisal as well as the final walk and closing.

Working with Claudio has been a blessing. He walks you through it all. No question remains unanswered. No issue remains unresolved. He worked with us the whole way. Even on our moving day, he made sure to come in and make note of all that needed attention in our apartment. I've never heard of someone doing that. He makes you feel like family. We could tell that he is passionate of his profession and that his clients are a priority. Even after our move, Claudio still has made himself available.

Going through our lease would have been so overwhelming. Luckily, Claudio went through all the terms and conditions. He made it such a stress less process. I even took a trip to Florida for a week and that entire time, he communicated with me daily. He made sure to always return my calls and emails.

Claudio is someone that I would recommend to a family member or a good friend. He knows his stuff. He's punctual and professional. I look forward to continuing to work with Claudio in the future when we are ready to search for a home. I put my full trust and confidence in Claudio.

What ease! Claudio was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and after getting the required parameters for my housing search, sent me over a number of possibilities every few days as they became available. A week before my trip to check out spots, I narrowed down locations and he setup viewings. For 4 hours, him and his wife, also a realtor, drove us around Chicago checking out apartments. At the end of our trail, they even went out of their way to bring me back to an earlier apartment I really liked just to get a second a second peek. Both Claudio and his wife are incredibly knowledgeable on building codes, rent laws, and all else, so they provided extra detail and considerations with each unit we saw. He's professional, responsive, and an all around pleasure to work with.

Communication: 5 Stars
Claudio kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process! He was extremely proactive with our questions and was the perfect middle contact between us and the prospective landlord. He was able to keep us informed of the process via, text, email and phone. When he said he would call us back, he actually did!

Customer Service: 5 Stars
He took his time in explaining what may be causes for rental denials and approvals and he assessed our situation and angled it so that it would satisfy to the landlord.

Knowledge: 5 Stars
Claudio's knowledge of the rental process was valuable in helping to streamline the the search and execution of a first time renter with limited credit and income. Super helpful, for those just starting out and who may not have the luxury of a co-signer.

Technology: 5 Stars
This is huge for me because I hate paper applications personally. The submission process was online via an e-document, which is safe and secure. Major points for this tech savvy millennial!

Claudio is my go to agent for all real estate related requests. He helped me finding rentals at first, and then helped me become an owner of current apartment. In the process of purchasing this place, I was out of country for the longest time, he had to work with a totally opposite time zone and coordinate with all parties involved in the purchase when I was absent. When all my friends felt house purchasing was such a headache, it was quite a smooth and relax experience for me, and Claudio was definitely the key to make it so easy. Six months after the purchase, Claudio is still on my speed dial for any apartment related questions, such as heat in the living room, cold water in the bathroom, literally anything. And he hasn't blocked me (yet haha). Where could you get better than that?

There are several things I appreciated while on the months long journey to find and buy perfect house:
Claudio is very knowledgeable and observant, not just about real estate, but about houses in general. I never felt like he was pressuring me into something, more so - he always gave me his honest opinion, and we kept looking. He will point things out to you that are pro's and con's.
He is calm, cool and collected - which helps tremendously during the stressful buying period time. While you may think you will go crazy, he will be there to calm you down.

After weeks of frustrating searches on online apartment finders we were recommended to work with a realtor to find an apartment. We came across Claudio from Varo Real Estate and decided to give it a try. He drove us to six different apartments and told us all about them completely free of charge. We ended up choosing an apartment he showed us. Then he helped us a lot through the application process since we were all new to the post-college apartment search.
