Amazing. Clay did so much for us through our first home buying experience. From the first meeting to several weeks after closing Clay has was serious advocate for our best interests. He was able to clearly explain every step to keep us on track and respected our opinions and decisions. Clay Hall has the personality, dedication and intelligence to be successful most anywhere and I feel lucky he found a passion for real estate that he was able to share it with us.

My husband and I stumbled across Clay while exploring open houses in the Riverside and Avondale area. After interviewing numerous candidates, we found Clay to be the best fit. We could not have made a better choice! He is incredibly punctual and responsive as well as organized. I was interested in a house Clay Hall (Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices )had listed on Zillow as well as some other homes . I booked a showing on one of his listings and at the same time I contacted 3 other agents about their listings . He was not just the first one that called me back but also the only one. I hit the lottery with Clay ; His professionalism , ability to listen to my needs and generosity with his time were amazing. We found the perfect home in less than a week.
Now I don’t just have a realtor I have a new member of my ‘framily ‘ (A friend I consider family ) .

Clay has been nothing short of spectacular throughout our purchase and sale process. He sold our home in three days, over asking price to a great buyer. On the purchase side, he knew what we were looking for and found exactly what we wanted very quickly. He is immediately responsive to our calls and texts and most importantly he is a very knowledgeable problem solver and facilitator. Clay went so far and above for our family. We had a lot of unique needs and wants with 4 kids. He helped us for over a year searching for the perfect combination of those needs and wants. His knowledge on ROI renovations and what to do to make our home perfect was key to deciding on the home of our dreams.
