I was confident from the beginning that Cleo and Katrini were going to take great care of us. My home buying experience with Cleo was amazing! I was nervous about building first home, but Cleo made the experience stress free. She was very knowledgeable about the area which helped me a lot, because I'm new to Huntsville. Cleo answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had during the process. I kept on telling my friends/family that buying a house with Cleo was like hitting the Staples button: “THAT was easy!” As a first time home-buyer, I didn’t know much about buying a home going in, but found Cleo to be my shepherd through the whole thing. From the start to finish, Cleo kept me well informed and did all the heavy lifting — even around my crazy work schedule.
