As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing. Cleo held my hand through the whole process and explained everything thrououghly step by step. If she didn't know the answer she found someone who did and got the answer for me. Believe me when I tell you, I was texting her constantly and she never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or annoyance. I hope I never have to sell my house but if I do I will call Cleo to sell it for me.

If you’re looking to buy or sell your next home Cleo is the one to call. She guided us first time home buyers throughout the entire process and never made us feel like any question we had was too small. First off, Cleo and Katrini are amazing! Being a first time homebuyer Cleo and her team made this process seamless and stress free! I was confident from the beginning that Cleo and Katrini were going to take great care of us. They were knowledgeable and were always readily available to answer any questions we had (cause I had a lot!). Not only did they help with the purchase of our new home but they also sold our existing home as well and closed on both homes the same day! The Smith Group had great connections and relationships with almost any service you may need such as home inspectors, electricians. HVAC etc. Those women handle business from beginning to end & I will always recommend them!

Cleo is the best!! As a first-time homebuyer, she made the whole home buying process easy. Buying your first home can be scary and daunting, but Cleo noticed things I didn't and was on top of the whole process. She was with me every step of the way from inspection to final walk-through. Her knowledge as a realtor is exceptional. Her personality is also top-notch. She was friendly and easy to talk to while being professional. My home buying experience with Cleo was amazing! I was nervous about building first home, but Cleo made the experience stress free. She was very knowledgeable about the area which helped me a lot, because I'm new to Huntsville. Cleo answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had during the process. I highly recommend Cleo, she's professional and goes above and beyond. She made appointments to show me homes of the same floor plan that I had choosen, because the model home wasn't available in my subdivision when I signed my contract. This was very helpful when it came to making selections for my home. I'm very pleased with the service Cleo provided and I will definitely refer her to anyone.

I kept on telling my friends/family that buying a house with Cleo was like hitting the Staples button: “THAT was easy!” As a first time home-buyer, I didn’t know much about buying a home going in, but found Cleo to be my shepherd through the whole thing. From the start to finish, Cleo kept me well informed and did all the heavy lifting — even around my crazy work schedule. She came loaded with great contacts (inspector, lender, closing attorney, even arborist!) that, even when I checked against the market, were way better than anything I would have found. 10/10 endorse Cleo for anyone looking to buy a home.
