First off, Cleo and Katrini are amazing! Being a first time homebuyer Cleo and her team made this process seamless and stress free! I was confident from the beginning that Cleo and Katrini were going to take great care of us. They were knowledgeable and were always readily available to answer any questions we had (cause I had a lot!). Not only did they help with the purchase of our new home but they also sold our existing home as well and closed on both homes the same day! My home buying experience with Cleo was amazing! I was nervous about building first home, but Cleo made the experience stress free. She was very knowledgeable about the area which helped me a lot, because I'm new to Huntsville. Cleo answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had during the process. I highly recommend Cleo, she's professional and goes above and beyond. She made appointments to show me homes of the same floor plan that I had choosen, because the model home wasn't available in my subdivision when I signed my contract. I kept on telling my friends/family that buying a house with Cleo was like hitting the Staples button: “THAT was easy!” As a first time home-buyer, I didn’t know much about buying a home going in, but found Cleo to be my shepherd through the whole thing. From the start to finish, Cleo kept me well informed and did all the heavy lifting — even around my crazy work schedule.
