Who says you can’t buy a house in a weekend! Cliff and Michelle found us our dream vacation home in Cape Coral in one weekend. Living in Canada, we found the task of finding a vacation home arduous and taxing. Then we contacted Cliff and Michelle and they found us our home in one weekend. Michelle listened to our needs and asked all the right questions to help us narrow our search. Michelle also educated us on the town of Cape Coral and what it had to offer. She found us the perfect home to suit our needs, and went above and beyond the call of duty. We could not be happier with the professional and courteous service that they provided us with and would highly recommend them to any of our family and friends.

My family and I have been looking for a home in Florida for a few years now. We have had a few real estate experts that didn't seem to know what were looking for we ust didn't feel that connection with them fo we continued to search. I inquired about a home on the internet, Cliff wrote me directly back and Michelle contacted me the very same day. We were looking from another state which made it more difficult not meeting each other until the first day we flew in. Michelle had all the houses I was interested in lined up to view the day our plane landed and the day after. The first home she showed us was the one, you just know it, you feel the connection. Michelle hit it on the head matching us up with our winter home on that first trip we made. My husband wasn't there when I purchased the home which it made me a little nervous but I knew it was the one. My husband flew down to see the home and he loved it also, thank goodness :). From the connection when I met Michelle she gave me a hug and said we're going to find your house on this trip. Michelle guided me on EVERYTHING we needed to do to close from inspections, to paperwork that needed to be turned in that was time sensitive. to the lawn and pool care company the prior owner had. We closed in 4 weeks and are living the dream in Cape Coral Florida. In the future we will seek out Michelle and Cliff for ALL our home needs purchasing and selling.
