I count it as our lucky day when we met Clint Brunow! In 2003 we started looking for "Our House". We had set our wedding date for October 2004 and needed to sell our "His" and "Her" houses in addition to buying "Our Home". Clint spent roughly a year showing us house after house while we searched for the perfect home for us. His patience throughout this endeavor was amazing! (When two middle aged, strong willed people marry it can be difficult to find a home that meets the desires of both people.) We eventually agreed on a home that Clint had shown us a number of times. Once we had settled on a home and the offer was accepted, it was time to list the "His" and "Her" house. We relied on Clint for a fair value to list our homes at, not too high and not too low. The last thing that we wanted was to be making two or three house payments in a month. We never made more than one house payment in any month! Talk about awesome coordination in ensuring that all the parts came together in a timely manner! It could not have gone better!

Cling Brunow did not let us down. We listed our "His" and "Her" houses with Clint. Both of our houses sold within' a week of being listed and to the first people who viewed the homes. Clint was instrumental in this process. Clint advised us on what actions/home improvements would help sell the homes and what would simply be a waste of money and time. When your desire is to sell your home quickly at an equitable price, Clint knows the formula and you can count on getting a fair value for your home and a smooth sells process.

This year we once again placed our confidence in Clint Brunow. , it was time to sell our business! Clint worked with Jim Kaiser to list our business. Our business sold in record time and Clint was there to insure that the "T"s were crossed and the "I"s dotted, everything went smoothly and we once again received our asking price.

Eventually, if we become too old to manage our current home we will trust Clint with the sale of our dream home.

I have worked with other realtors in the past, none of them are comparable to Clint, with Clint we were valued people, with other realtors we were just another possible commission. Thank You Clint for all that you do!
