About Clint

Clint grew up in a suburb of Atlanta and like many people who visit or attend college here he fell in love with the city and stayed. A permanent resident in Charleston since 1996 he has become quite accustomed to the Charleston way of life. To hear Clint, describes being in Charleston... "It's like living on vacation, except we work really hard. Thank goodness Charleston offers the perfect balance of work, play and plenty of beaches to relax on!"

Sports and competition have been a part of Clint's life since he was four years old. He played club soccer at the highest level and has had the privilege of traveling all over the country playing teams from all over the world. He continued to play soccer through high school and transitioned his soccer abilities on to the football field where he was a kicker for the football team. A three-year letterman in the highest classification in Georgia. Both the soccer team and football teams were nationally ranked. Clint was fortunate enough to get a full scholarship to play football in college where he was a four-year starter and won numerous accolades and awards.

Immediately after college Clint took a job in financial planning which is what caused him to pursue a career in real estate. Wanting to further his education Clint received his MBA. At that point he had also gotten his real estate license to invest personally in real estate. He was not looking to reinvent the wheel. He looked at the one common denominator of all his wealthy clients and it was the fact that they owned real estate outside of their primary residence. It is one of the few investments anyone can have that someone else pays for. Throughout his career he has also worked for multiple billion dollar+ developers in some capacity. Clint's latest project was as the Sales Manager for over $52,000,000 in exclusive listings at The Cigar Factory on the Charleston Peninsula. Prior to that he was part of a two-man team that sold the Bee Street Lofts which is also located on the Charleston Peninsula. It is his competitive drive and hard work combined with the fact that 100% of Clint's business comes from referrals of satisfied clients and trusting friends that have led to his success. Clint is also the managing member of two real estate investment companies and is also invested in a cafe on the Charleston Peninsula.
