Clint Lukens

Clint Lukens Realty is a full service commercial real estate company, offering a wide range of property management, brokerage, leasing, and financial services all designed to maximize your asset’s value and is owned and operated by its founder Clint Lukens.
In 2002 he joined Marcus & Millichap as a commercial agent specializing in multi-family investment property. During his tenure, Lukens received a National Achievement Award and was designated Senior Associate and Associate Director of the National Multi-Housing Group.

In 2006, Lukens made the move to RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty to serve as Managing Director of the Downtown Los Angeles office. That same year, he was a member of the 100% Club and in 2007 earned the RE/MAX Platinum Sales Achievement Award. Since 2005, Lukens has ranked among the top commercial real estate agents in the zip codes of: 90026, 90027 and 90029.

In 2008, Lukens launched Clint Lukens Realty with the vision of offering his clients comprehensive commercial real estate solutions under one roof, saying, “My primary concern is the success of your income property. Here at Clint Lukens Realty, we take the time to listen and understand your goals. We then use our experience and expertise to develop and implement the investment or management strategy that best meets your needs.”

Clint and his wife Rachel have truly embraced Silver Lake as their home. Along with their son, Jonah, and daughter, Zoe, they have joined with other local families to found Citizens of the World charter school. Clint served on the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council for a term of five years including over three years as co-chair, and has partnered with local property developers and entrepreneurs to bring new vibrant businesses to the community.

All the while, Clint Lukens Realty has grown. The Property Management Division oversees more than 100 different properties, totaling over 500 units in Silver Lake, Echo Park, Atwater, Los Feliz, Hollywood, Koreatown and greater Los Angeles. The Leasing and Maintenance Divisions continue to expand to meet the needs of the management roster, and Brokerage totals have exceeded the $100 million mark. In 2014 Clint Lukens and his team seized the opportunity to move from Silver Lake Blvd. to new offices at 4427 Santa Monica Blvd., right off of Sunset Junction. Continued growth in the office is planned, as they develop new, better ways to serve their clients and the community.
