Clint Nunes is a 2nd generation Realtor and has spent most of his life in San Luis Obispo. He moved here to attend Cal Poly in 2000 and after graduating with a degree in Engineering he stayed in the area and worked in manufactured engineering for over 8 years while working on real estate investments and property analysis on the side. Many years ago he decided to transfer full time into real estate to work with local families, investors, young professionals, 1st time home buyers to help them with one of their largest investments. He has also been on the Board of Directors for the Central Coast Real Estate Investors Association for many years. His focus is on investment properties from condos, single family residences to multi-family income properties. He has owned several rentals himself and is always up to date on the market trends and continually meets with other agents and investors to discuss future trends. Having grown up in a small town similar to San Luis his goal is to help maintain the small town values that make them so desirable.
