Clive Elson

My name is Clive Elson; I have an extensive financial background of over 30 years of working experience. I have worked at some of the top financial companies in the tri- states area, firms that included top rated investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, Barclays and Citibank. My last significant role was that of a Vice President overseeing responsibly in Asset Service management. The job advancement that I achieved resulted from continuous promotions throughout the years as I started my career as an analyst. I became a subject matter expert within the financial industry and advanced successfully in management, customer service and security operations.
I managed to complete both my Masters in Management from the College of St Elizabeth in New Jersey and my BS in Computer Science from Pace University in New York all while working full time.
Over the years, I developed a desire for real estate where I began as an investor, then as a landlord and have now converted my profession into a license practicing real estate agent.
By understanding the concerns and desires of the buyer and seller that certain conditions are essential to meeting their real estate needs. By keeping in constant contact, communicating effectively, making decisions and recommending what is best for the client, the client satisfaction is generally guaranteed. Treating everyone fairly is paramount and I make sure that good working relationship is maintained at all point during the negotiation. My focus is to provide the best customer service possible and I will use my management skills, marketing skills, negotiation skills, customer service skills and experience to get the results my clients expects.
From a community service perspective, I completed volunteer work for several charities including New York Cares, Habitat for Humanity in New Jersey, Food Bank in Elizabeth, Homeless shelters and the local churches.
Recreationally, I like all sports but my number one is soccer which I enjoyed both watching and playing. I’m an avid running and enjoy daily activities in the outdoor parks and within the gym during inclement weather. I also enjoyed spending time barbeque and entertaining family and friends.
