Cody, a native of Helena, spent his childhood exploring the great outdoors on foot, horseback, four-wheelers, and snowmobiles. Growing up in a real estate-oriented family with his father managing offices in Helena and Broadus, MT, Cody developed a profound affinity for the industry. After graduating from Helena High School in 2007, he eagerly delved into the world of construction, honing his skills and gaining valuable hands-on experience. This firsthand exposure to building and craftsmanship ignited his desire to merge his passion for real estate with his knack for construction and building connections.
While pursuing his love for snowmobiling, Cody ventured across the western US, Canada, and Alaska riding for various snowmobile film companies during winter. In the spring, fall, and summer months, his passion for outdoor adventures continued as he embraced activities like dirt biking, boating on Helena's picturesque lakes, hunting, fishing, backpacking, and rodeo. Cody's time as an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts instilled in him a deep commitment to personal growth and community service.
In 2010, Cody decided to combine his enthusiasm for real estate and his ability to forge connections by obtaining his real estate license. He began his journey as a full-time agent in his father's office, eventually rising to the position of broker in 2013. Seeking to expand his expertise, Cody acquired a broker's license in North Dakota in 2016. Throughout his career, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and fostered a vast network within the real estate world.
