Cody Calhoun graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Finance & Real Estate & is now a full-time Realtor in the Greater St. Louis area. Outside of work he enjoys reading, exercising, working on home projects, spending time with family, & cheering on our Cards & Blues!
Cody's real estate journey began under the wing of highly experienced local real estate investors, working as a rental property manager, rehab project manager, & acquisitions agent. He was thrown straight into the fire & even asked to throw on a toolbelt at numerous job sites. From this all-encompassing introduction to the industry, Cody developed a depth of knowledge that he now passes along to his local first-time home buyer & real estate investor network.
