Cody and B were two of the first people we met when we first moved to town and we couldn't have been more fortunate to have them as our realtors. They both went above and beyond with not only helping us find land, but also advising on the development of that land and recommending other professionals to help out with things like septic and a well. They also made the buying process so easy by explaining every step beforehand and walking us through every step during. Sometimes it's the deals that don't work out that are the most telling of an agent's professionalism and character. I was involved in an agreement that through no fault of B Edwards did not proceed. B handled the situation with grace, honesty and professionalism, and I really appreciate it.

Working with Cody and B was hands-down the best decision we made during our property buying journey. From the very first meeting, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

They patiently walked us through the entire process, no matter how many questions we had (and we had a lot!). We never once felt rushed, overwhelmed, or like we were asking something “dumb”—they made us feel comfortable and empowered at every turn.

They helped with not only buying the property but connecting us with reliable resources and people to complete our homestead dreams.
Even after the sale, they’ve continued to check in and help us with things that most realtors would consider “not their job.” That kind of commitment is rare, and we’re so grateful for it especially being new to the area.

Cody and Bernadette handled the sale of my property on Cove Road. They were very clear in expectations, coordinated an excellent sale price, and did so much more. They became like family to me and I was able to place all of my trust in them for the entire process.

I was injured during my off season work overseas and no longer able to do my seasonal job as a Grangeville Smokejumper, so I reluctantly decided to sell my property and move to a different state. Upon initial meeting with Cody and B, the overwhelming anxiety that had built at even the thought of all the actions required to get the property ready for sale was immediately put at ease.

They laid out a straight and to the point overview of the process and all items required to get the ball rolling. This was especially helpful because I had to be back overseas shortly after putting the property on the market, and had to move to another state before deployment.

The Edwards helped move furniture, coordinated cleaning, needed repairs (Cody even conducted repairs on his own to save me money), frequently visited the property to move snow and so many other things that I would have never expected a realtor to do. They did all of this while I was not even in Idaho anymore.

The Edwards took care of my property sale as if they were selling a property of their own. This brief overview in no way demonstrates the hard work and dedication the Edwards have to their trade. They truly bring out the trust and work ethic I have only experienced in small town Idaho, and I am happy to now call them family.
