Before joining TYG Cody owned and operated a regional distribution company where he learned the value and importance of customer service and has not forgotten the impact it can have on relationships and strives to provide excellent customer service to all of his clients.

Cody has experience in many product types including Retail, Industrial/Flex, Mobile Home Parks, Office, and Multifamily properties as well as Development Land. Cody brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. As an Idaho native, he possesses a deep understanding of the economic drivers shaping the region, allowing him to provide invaluable insights to both TYG and our clients.

Family-oriented and dedicated, Cody is married to his wonderful wife Amanda, and together they have three beautiful children.
