Colby Gunnels

Colby has years of experience in the livestock industry with an understanding and a true passion for livestock and the ranching way of life. Before transitioning into real estate full-time, he worked for and managed ranches throughout both Texas and New Mexico. These opportunities have afforded him a chance to gain extensive hands-on experience and insight into a variety of cow/calf and yearling operations throughout the Southwest. Through the years, Colby has also formed a large network of prospective buyers and sellers that is a very valuable tool when helping clients search for a property to purchase or market their property for sale.

Colby lives in Amarillo, TX with his wife Brittany and their three sons; Carter, Caleb, and Cory and works out of their headquarters in downtown Amarillo. He enjoys roping, riding horses, fly fishing with his family, and he and his sons help local ranches with their cow work as often as possible. Colby enjoys drawing on his ranching background while utilizing his real estate experience to ultimately help both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate investment goals.
