I can't say enough positive things about Colby Roberts and our experience with Howard Hanna! When the time came to sell my mother's house, we weren't sure what to expect or even what to do. Colby walked us through every step of the process, so we felt comfortable, less stressed, and weren't overwhelmed. He was on top of things from the first time we met all the way through the sale and closing. He made sure that we got a contract and a price that met all of our needs and our unique timeline. He communicated clearly and was available for our questions all along the way. Our sale was a great experience!

Colby is professional, friendly, and organized. I'm a first time home buyer, and I wouldn't have wanted any other realtor to take care of me. He answered all my questions, or linked me directly with someone who could answer them. Colby goes above and beyond with his honesty, recommendation skills for repair work to be done, and communication skills. He will give you his thoughts not only on the house that you're looking at, but that same house within the context of the housing market and your interests. Couldn't rate him any higher!

Somehow Colby made being a first time homebuyer in today’s market easy and stress free. He is the consummate professional, took the time to get to know us, our wants and needs in a home, and worked day in and day out make sure he delivered above and beyond expectations. Colby was always attentive, must have viewed over a dozen homes with us, and helped guide us every step of the way. Colby Roberts is a great realtor. As a home inspector I work with a lot of realtors and get to see what works and what does not. Colby Is always professional, knowledgeable, and working toward the best outcome for his clients. He does not hesitate to explain what is going on during the home inspection or ask what something is or how it should be. I can tell he has excellent knowledge of the area and uses that to his clients benefit. I would absolutely recommend Colby to anyone who needs a professional to look out for them during a home purchase.
