Usually I do one liner reviews if I like something. For the first time I am going to write paragraphs so please everyone spend sometime in reading this and I am sure this will be helpful.

Cole helped me recently selling my single family house in Smyrna. First and foremost it was the best seller experience I ever had. He takes all the initiative without even asking. He is very proactive. He helped us in every steps - cleaning the house, garbage removal, storage/moving help. I never met a realtor who helps with these things. Just to clear it out this is all on top of what other realtor do - setting up the house for walkthrough, photograph upload online for sell, etc.

He deserves all the appreciation and support. I would have given 100 ⭐️ if google allows me. Again thanks Cole for everything!

Amazing!! I can’t even begin to explain our magnificent experience with Cole as our real estate agent. He went above and beyond for us. We had to move out of state way before selling the house and Cole pretty much took over as if the house was his own. He also saved us so much money, he fixed many things around the house at no cost and hired a professional painter at a fraction of the usual cost. Oh he even pressure washed the patio. All the staging looked amazing!!!! I felt so sad that we were moving out after I saw the beautiful decorations… please please please do yourselves a favor and hire Cole! He has set the bar really high for all real estate agents! Wonderful experience. God bless you Cole!

Cole is the GREATEST ! We've bought and sold houses over the years, and it was always a pain until we met Cole. He helped with our long-distance purchase, and handled all of the details. When we sold the house, he handled everything for us again, including many details that we would normally have needed to pay others to accomplish. He is the consummate professional, handling all of the problems, negotiations, and maintaining clear communications with the client at all times. His counsel is priceless, and he is the greatest asset you can have as either buyer or seller. I recommend him to all, without reservation.

Our family relocated from out of state. Throughout the process Cole was highly responsive and always helped us focus on the unique needs of our family. He scheduled thorough and insightful video walkthroughs when we couldn’t be there in person all the while easily managing the quick turnarounds and tight time tables that this market demands.

So I had the pleasure of having Cole as my real estate agent for my first home purchase, and I couldn’t of been happier than having him by my side looking at houses. He was very knowledgeable about things I wouldn’t of even thought about. He never rushed me nor was he pushy, he was always available via phone or email.
