Cole Simpson

Cole Simpson is a multi-family investment advisor who focuses on servicing developers and local value-add investors within the Bay Area. Cole specializes in identifying vision-aligned partners, understanding evolving neighborhood needs, and tapping his vast local and national network to craft strategic plans. Located in the firm’s founding Palo Alto office and partnered with the most active real estate team in the bay area (Levin & Johnston Group). Cole is an analytical strategic thinker, a proven idea generator, an effective process-driven planner and communicator, and relishes being part of a team that achieves results. Serving as a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, MLS, NMHG, Real Capital Markets, as well as the Tri-County Apartment Association. Cole is also an active donator for the Housing Industry Foundation. He graduated from Menlo College with a BS in Finance: focused on corporate banking and securities law. Prior he obtained an AA in computer information systems. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and skiing across the the United States
