About Coleen

Coleen has had a passion for counseling people in stressful situations for more than twenty years. She began her career as a NICU Registered Nurse employed at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where the ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate through difficult situations is critical. Soon she began investing personally in the real estate world and realized she wanted to be a part of this industry.

Coleen quickly transitioned to a full-time real estate agent and builder. Since then, she has built over 52 homes, managed several land developments and has won many builder awards. Coleen has now been a licensed REALTOR® for more than sixteen years and an investor for more than twenty. During her career she has been awarded the Circle of Excellence Award for the past thirteen years, the OAR President Sales Award, Rookie of the Year in 2000, 3B Realty Sales Leader, and 3B Realty Listings Leader. Coleen currently holds specialty designations in (SFR) Short Sale Foreclosure Resource, (CDPE) Certified Distressed Property Expert, and (CSP) Certified Short Sale Professional.
