Coleen Polillio

She has lived in Stoughton all her life. She graduated from Stoughton High School and then graduated with Honors from Bridgewater State College with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. She is married to Anthony Polillio III, who runs a family construction business, A E Polillio Corp, that's been running for 100 years. They have 3 Boys, Anthony IV, Aldo, and Angelo. She also has a Boston Terrier Dogs that she loves dearly. She has been in the Real Estate business for the past 14 years. Before selling Real Estate, she examined the Title of Property, which requires extensive research and review of land to determine; ownership, easements, temporary and permanent encumbrances, liens, restrictions, and any other possible title problems. This knowledge allows her to educate her clients about property transfer further.
