As the founder of the Gubbins Group of Coldwell Banker, Colin is a licensed real estate broker with over 17 years of experience serving clients along the North Shore of Chicago, including Glenview, Highland Park, Wilmette, Winnetka, and Northbrook as well within the city of Chicago. Colin is dedicated to honesty, integrity, and professionalism and works diligently to deliver unparalleled results to all his clients, including buyers, sellers, investors, tenants, and landlords.

As a licensed real estate broker with a background in finance and appraising, Colin's strengths involve a thorough knowledge of the real estate market and its factors. Before real estate, Colin spent 22 years as a commodity trader in the rough and tumble pits of The Chicago Board of Trade. He and his wife Carol have lived in Glenview for over 30 years, raising their three children there. Colin spends his time outside real estate visiting his three children (in Chicago, Philadelphia, and New York), playing golf, cooking, and serving in leadership roles at his parish Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
