Colin Halliday

Colin Halliday is fulfilling his dream of living and selling real estate in San Francisco. A Sonoma County native, Colin began his professional real estate career in 2015, and to date has closed over 45 transactions totaling over $30,000,000.

Colin specializes in single-family homes, condominiums, and country properties. He is well versed in marketing properties, property values, negotiations and helping clients navigate the nuances of purchasing or selling a home. Colin prides himself on his excellent communication skills and always making sure his clients are well informed throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home.

Colin studied in Florence, Italy while earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, Chico, and obtained his real estate credentials from Santa Rosa Junior College. While pursuing his studies, Colin worked as a volunteer with the Butte County CalFresh Program and was the student spokesperson for the first California State University, Chico Food Conference in 2013. Colin enjoys watching Warriors basketball, skiing in Lake Tahoe, traveling, going to concerts, trying new restaurants, photography and spending time with his dog Annie.
