Colin McBrearty

Colin was born and raised in Fairhope, AL. After graduating from Fairhope High School, he made his way to Oxford, MS. He earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate and a minor in Business Management from Ole Miss in 2010.
After spending a year working for a property and construction management company in Jackson Hole, WY, Colin moved to Nashville, TN to continue his real estate career. He worked as an agent with a large independent firm for the next four years.
He and his wife, Melanie, relocated from Nashville in 2015 to start their life together in Fairhope. They welcomed their first daughter in early 2019 and their second daughter in early 2022. He’s thrilled to be back in Baldwin County and looks forward to helping you with any of your real estate needs!
