First time homebuyer here! My fiancé and I were looking for a home towards the end of our apartment lease. Colleen exceeded all of our expectations! She is easy to talk to and very familiar with the areas we were interested in! From our initial visit to our settlement day, Colleen is always there when you need her. I could call her at any given time and she would respond, calming my nerves and reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. She would constantly check in on us and make sure we understood what was happening. We asked a lot of questions since we really didn’t know anything about buying a house and she never made us feel like we were bothering her. She also has connections with many local people in the area to help with mortgages, homeowners insurance, contractors etc- which was super helpful granted we didn’t even know where to begin! The market is tough right now but she made it fun and exciting! We ended up seeing a house at 9pm to accommodate my work schedule, put an offer in that night, and found out our offer was accepted that next day! . I am so grateful for her kindness, flexibility, and availability! If it were not for those qualities, I’m not sure we would have been so lucky to find a home we love! Thank you Colleen❤️

My husband and I worked with Colleen to buy our first home. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better realtor! She really listened to what we were looking for (location, budget, size, specific things we wanted) and jumped at ANY opportunity for us that she thought we might be interested in. Colleen was thorough, always got us a timely answer (even if that meant she had to make many phone calls to find it!), always had our best interest, and was honest & transparent with each and every step of the process. Which were all really important to us as we were first time home buyers and had no idea what we had gotten ourselves into! Colleen worked with an urgency, but somehow kept our interactions calm & not stressful! We never felt rushed, like we were asking too many questions or bothering her for more information.

Colleen is so personable and you feel like you’re best friends with her by the end of it. She’s invested in the outcome you want - she’s just as excited as you are when something good comes through & will cry with you when it doesn’t go the way you hoped. She even offered to care for our dog as we moved!
