Hi, I’m Colleen McGrath—a proud Pawling local, real estate enthusiast, and dog mom to two adventurous huskies, Ralph and Rory (Ralph’s practically a celebrity around here!). I bought my first home just before turning 30—a personal milestone—and spent five years bringing it to life before selling it. That hands-on experience deepened my love for real estate, especially when it comes to unique and character-filled homes.

I keep my business fairly local, proudly serving Dutchess and Putnam Counties in New York, as well as Litchfield and Fairfield Counties in Connecticut. I’m currently pursuing my broker’s license to continue growing and expanding my services.
