Colleen Monagas

Colleen has lived and worked in the Hillsborough/Pinellas/Pasco County area since 1990. She specializes in homes located in North Pinellas/West Pasco/West Hillsborough areas including Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Trinity, New Port Richey, Clearwater, Lutz, Land O Lakes, West Chase, and Odessa. As an area expert she is familiar with both resales, short sales, foreclosures, and new home construction.

From her experience she has witnessed changes that have occurred in the real estate market over the years. In today's environment, buying a home is about much more than just the price you pay. Lastly, Colleen carries a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Florida. I am married and have two children that have attended public schools in the Pinellas County area since kindergarten. She is a native Floridian and have had an active FL real estate license since 2006. I am a member of the Pinellas County Board of Realtors, National Association Board of Realtors and Florida Board of Realtors. I hold a certification as a short sale and foreclosure resource specialist.
