Colleen Monaghan

Colleen Monaghan is a graduate of Temple University and currently resides in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education, Colleen has built her professional life around the service of others and the community in which she has lived for a decade. Colleen began her client based career as a Mental Health Therapist at the Center for Autism in Philadelphia where she managed daily therapy and services for clients in an interactive, developmental based environment. Connecting services to people with needs has continued to be a passion for Colleen as she then focused on the Health and Wellness industry for five years as a Certified Personal trainer and Wellness coach. Building an extensive network of clients over the years, supplemented by an understanding of the Philadelphia local market, Colleen is excited to embark on a career in Real Estate. Colleen will further expand her services to clients to incorporate one of the largest lifestyle components into their lives, a home.
