Colleen Moore

CMT Realty Group is led by Colleen Moore-Tyner. Colleen has been a full time, practicing residential real estate agent and Broker; representing buyers and sellers throughout the Metro Atlanta area for 16yrs. In her past lives she has owned a home decor store that also provided clients interior design services, spent 20+ years as a wholesale mortgage lender in various roles from underwriting, closing to operations management and traveled the globe with 3 children in tow as a 22yr Active-Duty Air Force Wife.

These past lives have given Colleen a unique set of skills & experiences that she can pull from to better serve her clients. As a former military wife and mom on the move, she has a unique perspective and understanding of the difficulties faced by both buyers, sellers and their families who are not only looking for the perfect home but also for the perfect new community. As a designer, she offers her skills in home staging and interior design to her seller clients; often garnering higher than average sale prices with less time on the market. Colleen's many years in the mortgage industry also gives her an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the value of contract writing, negotiation skills and the mortgage loan process as well.

Colleen & John, while not selling real estate; enjoy SEC football, live music events, traveling, buying & selling antiques, & organic gardening on their 10-acre mini farm, which is home to a bevy of furred & feathered friends.
