Colleen O’Banion

Colleen O’Banion works in their College Station Office. She works for Caldwell Homes as both the Starts Coordinator and the Sales Counselor for our Mission Ranch Community. She also is the Custom Lot Sales Representative for Mission Ranch. In addition to her sales and purchasing responsibilities, Colleen assists our College Station Residential Development Team and the Property Management Team. Her strong organizational skills are a huge asset in keeping the College Station office running smoothly.

Colleen graduated from Eastern Michigan University and has a BS in Biological Sciences and Nutrition. She honed her customer services skills during her five years with Wells Fargo Bank, working with high-value customers in both commercial and personal banking as well as asset management.

Colleen is originally from Michigan and moved to Texas in 2001. She and her husband have two children and she enjoys spending time with them doing activities like taking walks, biking, and camping.
