When my fiancee and I were looking to buy a house, we were originally being helped by a realtor who turned out to not be that helpful. After a few months, we found Colleen and switched to her. The difference between Colleen and our first realtor was night and day. Colleen listened to us and took account of everything we said when finding us potential homes. She factored in our budget, what kind of house, the location, etc. She never once showed us a house that didn't fit our criteria. She was constantly in touch with us and we never had to wait long for a response whenever we had questions. What started as a nightmare ended with us in a home we are absolutely in love with and I don't think that would've happened if it wasn't for Colleen. If we ever decide to move, we will absolutely be calling Colleen again for her help.

Colleen is a amazing and valuable Realtor. I was looking for homes in EHT and surrounding communities. I had a list homes I wanted to see that I found on Zillow, Redfin and realtor.com. Colleen made the appointments for me to see my list but also added a few that she found that matched my criteria. The very first home we saw was one she found it was beautiful but way out of my budget. She said “It’s been on the market for a while. The homeowners might being willing to negotiate to a lower price, It doesn’t hurt to make an offer.” The house was beautiful and was way more than I needed. Colleen was right the homeowners were willing to negotiate and got a beautiful home that was listed way out of my budget for a price within my budget.

I’m living in my dream home all because Colleen understood the market and had the experience to know this property was a opportunity for me as a buyer. I would have never found this property on my own because I was searching with filters for things in my budget and did not have the knowledge of the real estate market. Once we were under contract, Colleen took the lead in coordinating between the mortgage company, title company, sellers, home appraisers, home inspectors and me — insuring we would have a successful closing.

Moral: A professional Realtor like Colleen adds tens of thousands of dollars of value to the clients she represents!

My wife and I used Colleen as our real estate agent for both the purchase and sale of our home. Each time we couldn’t be more happy with the results. Colleen was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had throughout the home buying and home selling process. Colleen is a true professional who is very courteous and was greatly responsive to any and all requests we had.
