Colleen is possibly the most amazing woman I know, she's went way out of her way to make sure what I was trying to accomplish was done. She's so caring and does her job with so much pride! She's extremely knowledgeable and knows just how to get you to where you need to be. I will never even think about using another real estate agent ever! I HIGHLY recommend her! I am so blessed to have her in my life and have made a bond that can never be broken! You're losing if you're not using Colleen Schultz!

We have worked with Colleen a couple of times over the past few years, and I cannot understate how wonderful of a human being she is, let alone realtor! Colleen's warm demeanor, patience with us (as we dragged her all over the Twin Cities to find our dream home), and expertise in this marketplace were an absolute lifesaver as we navigated our purchase/sale. I would recommend her and her team in a heartbeat, and will certainly use her again if we ever find ourselves looking for a new property.

She has helped me multiple times buying homes

Colleen and Michelle were outstanding! They truly had our best interests at heart and were there to guide us throughout the whole process. They often spent long days and nights showing us properties and even went above and beyond by taking the time to drive 2-3 hours out of their way, to look at houses with us over video calls, since we were purchasing from out of state. They were completely transparent with the entire process, and gave us a sense of companionship, and even leadership with helping us choose the perfect house. Their customer service is second to none! They put my wife and I in a beautiful home, and even made calls to make absolutely certain that we were going to be safe and secure with our purchase. Should we ever decide to list our house, or buy another property in the area, rest assured my first call is to Colleen and Michelle. They truly were a blessing to us and were amazing people to work with.
