Collena Hope

I graduated from Delaware State University with a bachelor's degree in English Arts and Science. I have been a Realtor in De since 2008 and in Maryland at the end of 2014. 2016 I became a Associate Broker.

I have been volunteer through several organizations over the last 10 years. I am currently the Vice President of my association, past program manager over the years and always give back to the community. I specialize in Listings, short sales as a master negotiator and willing to educate home owners and buyers through the process of selling there home in the least amount of time for the highest price. I have been featured as the top listing agent three times in 2014 and settled over 15 short sales over the last 2 years. I enjoy helping people buy, sell their homes. I also am pursing my brokers license to better service my clients in the near future.

I am truly passionate about what I do and as a result is that nearly 70% of my business is repeat clients or referrals from satisfied clients. I am an experienced Realtor that is very knowledgeable of the market.
