Collette was our guardian angel. Due to my husband's job transfer to another state, we needed to sell our house quickly in a time when houses weren't selling at all. Collette was there for us every step of the way. She came in and advised us on how to stage our house so that it was appealling to buyers (taking down personal photos, removing any clutter, clearing out closets, etc). She knew just where to set the price for our property to get the most buyers to come visit but still allow for some negotiations. Our house was presented beautifully and well advertised. Collette was respectful of our time and home when booking showings. When it came to the actual selling of our home she treated it like she was selling her own home. I would most definitely recommend Collette to help anyone with their search and purchase of a home. She was professional, dedicated, available and responsive, tuned-in to the local area, thoughtful, patient, and proficient with today's technology needed to communicate and ease the paper processing. It took me months to find the home I wanted to settle in and could afford, and Collette was by my side the entire time, always positive, persevering and determined in her goal to find me that house. Collette is a great realtor! I had known Collette for about 1.5 years when I decided to sell my home. I let her know that I was interviewing several realtors and that I would like to interview her also. One of the realtors was a realtor (or at least the family) I had used before. I had interviewed the other 2 realtors first and was leaning toward the previous realtor I had used. Then Collette came over for her interview and we didn’t even finish the interview because I knew that she was the one for me. She told me all the things I wanted/needed to hear about what I wanted in a realtor and then she followed through on those things. She was honest about what needed to be done to the house to put it on the market and about a fair price (for me and to get it sold). Collette had done her homework on what needed to be done to sell the house, what was a price range in order for it to sell, and what I would need to pay once it sold. She was always accessible to answer my questions along the way and kept me informed about anyone seeing the house and any feedback she may have gotten. Collette also knows how to stage your home without it feeling like you couldn’t live in it. Once I got a offer on the house and had the house inspected, there were items that needed to be fixed and then we had to negotiate with the buyer again in order to keep the offer. Collette worked with me and helped me with ways I could fix items or negotiated with the buyer on how to resolve the other items I did not want to fix. Collette was wonderful through the whole process and I would definitely use her again and most certainly recommend her to others. -Acrealestate
