About Collette
My real estate career began in January 2007 and in my first full year of business I earned the honor of Charles County Rookie Realtor of the Year from the Southern Maryland Board of Realtors Association in 2008 and recently I earned the distinction of Realtor Hall of Fame.
Education has always been very important to me so earning my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation along with being a Certified Distressed Resolution Specialist (CDRS) for short sales has helped me to assist my clients by making the process easier and being well informed. As a 203k Specialist Buyer’s Agent I am also able to educate buyers and sellers in all types of residential sales transactions.
Over the past 12 years I have gained valuable experience of helping Buyers and Sellers with facilitating Short Sales as well as purchasing Foreclosure properties, For Sale By Owner properties and helping buyers to purchase homes through on-line Auctions.

Mrs. Lusk was very knowledgeable and professional in how to advertise/sell homes in this market. She provided lots of good advice, was very attentive to our needs, and worked hard for us until our house was sold. She really went above and beyond her duties to make this process easy for us. We do not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. - Dave

Collette was the best Real Estate agent my husband and I have worked with over the past 12 years of home buying and selling. She was attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and most importantly she fought for what we felt was fair. - S. GioiaEly
