Collin Fett

Collin’s passion and interest for real estate began at an early age. His adolescence was marked by remodeling homes with his father for the family construction business. This early experience gives Collin a unique insight into the ins and outs of construction. Through his career in real estate, our clients have found this invaluable knowledge extremely beneficial, saving time, money and mitigating the stresses of buying and selling a home. He now enjoys remodeling homes on the side with his wife Kelci.

Collin begins work with each client by asking the question of both the team and himself, “how do we add value?” This attitude provides the foundation of the Fett Real Estate Team: client satisfaction. Continuing education, researching market trends and strong negotiating skills are the ways this foundation is set.

Through his storied real estate career, Collin has closed over 250 real estate transactions, valued at over $50,000,000. This experience yielded him the opportunity to serve as president of the Central Iowa Board of Realtors for 2020.

In addition to his work as an agent, Collin has built a full-service real estate team. Collin and his team handle the management of over 85 rental units. He has a background as a real estate investor and has functioned as the agent for numerous investors. Collin is a great resource and connection if you are looking to get started as a real estate investor.

When Collin is not getting the best possible deal for his clients, he enjoys exercise and spending time with his family and those close to him. He and wife, Kelci have a daughter named Brynlee and an Aussie named Cooper, so things are lively around the Fett Household!
