Connie was truly excellent. She advised us on our offering price, and kept in close contact with the seller's realtor. She put us in touch with an excellent attorney, the insurance agent, and she arranged the inspection. She identified and put us in touch with tradesmen who had worked on the property so we could get their evaluations and reports. When our attorney discovered several open permits that needed to be closed, she worked with our attorney to see that they were closed promptly. She helped us negotiate what furniture, etc. the seller was taking and what he was leaving for us. Throughout, she kept in close contact with us, and was available whenever we needed her guidance and advice. I recommend her without any reservation, as I'm sure she will guide and support her future clients as she so capably did us.

Connie was attentive, responsive, informative and very knowledgeable. She offered great insight on lots of homes, neighborhoods and the overall home buying process- only the type of information you’d get from someone who thoroughly knows the area and has lots of experience.

As my husband and I were moving from New Jersey to New York, Connie would accommodate us in every step of the way to help us see houses at sometimes inconvenient times. In addition, Connie would often take us to see the same house at 2 different times because our schedules just didn’t work out.

Connie was a god sent to my husband and I through our process of buying a new home. We were first time buyers who were thrown into a crazy market when we were finally ready to purchase a home. By luck, we were connected with Connie through a website. We visited the first listing we were interested in with her and never looked back. She really took the time to get to know us and we were confident she was in it with us for the long haul. We visited numerous homes and even made a few offers along the way before finding the house we purchased. Through it all, Connie always made herself available. She took us to every house, even the ones she knew we wouldn't like, and was answering all our questions along the way. As new first time buyers.... there were a lot! Through the 6 months we were looking, Connie was always confident that we would find the right house and kept our spirits up even when we lost the bid on house we thought was ours.
When we finally did find the house, Connie helped us in every way possible. She partnered us with inspectors she trusted and insurance agents she has worked with in the past. Even our lawyer and mortgage lender said on multiple occasions.... You guys got a good agent.
